Specialising in volume MDF Membrane panel pressing and also the manufacture of MFC full carcass furniture cabinets

The main core business is currently dominated by the following business sectors but the versatility of the process lends itself to many other variations and possibilities please enquire

Doors (internal robe) Cabinets, chests of drawers etc

Hotel re-fits Caravan and Campers, Narrow boats and Wall boarding

Headboards Bedside cabinets and Overbed tables

We have a selection of materials available as standards both in MFC Carcass materials and also single sided MDF boards adding to that a selection of vinyl / foil decors, plain colour designs and realistic wood grain effects

Our main core business is to produce Vinyl / Foiled  wrapped MDF panels which are either sold in bulk on pallets or included in our MFC carcass cabinet assembly options

Current lead times are negotiable but we normally operate on a three / four week lead time really depends on the product and complexity

A CAD / CAM service is available with experienced engineers who can take your ideas as well as offer them from concept to reality. CNC Drilling is available and we can also pack and deliver your product to anywhere in the UK

What we Don’t do:

We do not carry any stock ranges of finished product, cabinets or panels everything is bespoke to customers requirements and specifications.
